My journey to AsteraStatements

AsteraStatements began with a feeling I believe many can recognize.

I had become very good at being there for others, making things work, and doing what was expected of me. But somewhere along the way, I lost sight of an important person: myself.

I began to wonder what happens when we stop listening to our own needs. When we say yes even though we really want to say no. When we adapt, push forward, and forget to ask ourselves:

What do I want?
What do I need?
What actually feels right for me?

Eventually, I realized that I needed to make a change in my professional life as well. I needed to pause and start taking my own well-being more seriously.

It wasn't a decision made overnight. But it became an important part of my journey back to myself.

And somewhere along the way, the idea for AsteraStatements began to emerge.

I wanted to create something that could accompany you in everyday life and remind you of what is important.

A statement can be a thought.
A decision.
A feeling.
Or just a few words you need to see today.

I choose me is my first one.

Not to choose against others.
But to not choose against myself.

That is what AsteraStatements is about.
